IfGuardsmanis unable to successfully clean or repair your furniture, you will be refunded 100% of protection plan purchase price.

YourGuardsman Protection Planwill cover ALL eligible items (up to $20,000) ordered at the same time as the plan.

Items NOT coveredin this plan are Knock-Down Laminate furniture items such as configurable office furniture or any item that requires complete assembly. Additionally, Art and Rugs are not covered. If you are concerned as to whether or not your item is covered, please contactIHB Furniture.

It is important to note that this plan can only be purchased at the same time you are purchasing other items as the warranty purchase must appear on the same invoice as the furniture it will be covering.

TheElite Protection Plandoes not replace the manufacturers warranty, and does not cover manufacturer defects that are covered by the manufacturers warranty, while the warranty is still active. The list below will briefly describes what is covered by theElite Protection Plan.

Elite in Home: 5 Year Furniture Protection Plan

What is covered:

Fabric, Leather, Nubuck & Vinyl Upholstered Furniture
1. Food Stains
2. Beverage Stains
3. Nail Polish or nail polish remover stains or damage
4. Human and pet bodily fluid stains (except perspiration, and hair or body oils)
5. Ballpoint pen, ink stains
6. Punctures, Cuts, Tears, and Rips
7. Burns (Includes cigarette burns)
8. Breakage of Frames, springs, and the following mechanisms,
if they were covered by an original manufacturer warranty that has since expired: sleeper, reclining, heating, and vibrating mechanisms

Wood and Other Hard Surface Furniture
1. Food Stains
2. Beverage Stains
3. Nail Polish or nail polish remover stains or damage
4. Liquid marks or rings
5. Breakage
6. Scratch, Gouges or Chips that penetrate the finish exposing substrate
7. Cigarette burns and heat marks caused by items found in normal household use
8. Checking, cracking, bubbling or peeling of finish caused by a specific incident
9. Breakage, chips, or scratches of glass or mirrors
10. Loss of silvering on mirrors
