Delivery Time:
Standard Manufacturing time is 2-8 weeks. This time frame is a guideline and cannot be guaranteed by Inspire Home Beauty Furniture. If your order is going to be delayed, we will notify you within the 2-8 week time frame. Inspire Home Beauty Furniture is not responsible for the manufacturer’s scheduling delays, production delays, damage during freight, or any other unforeseen situations out of our control.
If it becomes knowledge that an item is not available or discontinued by the manufacturer, you will be notified immediately.

Delivery Dimensions:
All merchandise is manufactured to fit through standard door sizes.
If the merchandise does not fit through a door opening, Inspire Home Beauty Furniture will not be responsible, as it is believed that measurements should be determined prior to ordering.
Orders cannot be returned as a result of the customer’s miscalculation of the furniture size, room, door or architectural dimensions. Orders cannot be returned, if shipped already, if it’s out of the original package, assembled, or beyond the 7 business day possible return, approval period.
If the furniture is damaged beyond minor repairs, you have the right of refusal. *Damages must be noted on the delivery form, prior to departure of the delivery group, from your home. IHB Furniture should be contacted immediately. We will then assist the customer with resolution and to any rights and warrantees of the manufacturer.
Attemptof Delivery or Pick Up of your Furniture to or from your Residence (not due to shipping company errors or omissions) will be subject to a charge of$55.00 per Shipment per Attempt.
UPS Deliveries
When possible, your package will ship via UPS; doorstep service is usually available. UPS will not notify you prior to delivery.
Truck Deliveries
Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. This service is a "e;Tailgate Delivery"e;; the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence.
If you ordered a heavy/bulky item, make sure you have someone who can help with this.
Deliveries are to ground floors only. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Common carrier deliveries are only performed Monday through Friday. An appointment by telephone is usually scheduled by the freight company, however it is not guaranteed. Inside delivery can be arranged, please call for details.
Can I get an inside delivery?
Yes, for an additional fee we can arrange an inside delivery for a fee typically around $100, but it depends on your situation and is evaluated on a case by case basis. See also White Glove Delivery below.
White Glove Delivery Service:
Your merchandise will be delivered by one of our professional and caring delivery groups, at which time you are responsible to pay your delivery fee to the delivery group, if free delivery is not included. You are also required to sign for acceptance of the merchandise. You will be notified of the delivery date and schedule in advance. You should make sure the proper arrangements are made and that someone is available to receive the merchandise.
You could be charged a stocking fee in the event that your merchandise cannot be delivered within 8 days of scheduling. It is advised not to alter the delivery groups schedule, due to the fact that, they are professionals who delivery to many locations and customer’s and deserve such respect.
This is the best way to ensure satisfaction amongst all. Delivery service includes delivery, set up, and insurance. Removal of existing pieces could be charged.
Free Shipping?
In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either provide Free Shipping or we charge a fixed shipping charge per item. This charge, if any, is listed on the product detail page and covers ground shipping in the continental U.S. Unless you are shipping an order to Massachusetts (5% sales tax) your order total will be known before you begin checkout. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see is the price you pay. Beware of companies who mask their shipping charges and policies. Shipping large or heavy items can be quite expensive, so make sure you know what costs you will incur in your order when shopping around.
Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery agent's departure.
The delivery company will exercise due care at all times while on the property or in the residence of the member, leaving no debris or packaging materials behind.
White Glove Delivery Service is available in most areas within the Continental US. Additional delivery fees are required if you are located outside of a regular delivery service area. If you are located outside of the regular delivery service area you will be notified by email of additional delivery charges before your order is shipped. Extraordinary delivery conditions may require an additional fee to be paid.
Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Sorry we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses. Our cartons are too large. You may want to ship to a friend or relative who can then forward your shipment.
What Is Your Warranty/Guarantee Policy?
All Products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us for help with warranty issues for products you purchased through our company. We strive to carry quality furniture that will very rarely require utilization of the manufacturer's warranty.
An extended 5 year warranty is also available on select items for an extra fee at time of purchse
