1. In addition to online ordering, we alsoaccept orders through telephone and fax. When placing an order via fax, please provide:1. full name, 2. a primary and if available, alternative phone number 3.billing and delivery address, 4. dates and times when you can accept delivery, and any order confirmations by fax must include a signature.

2. All orders will be followed up with a phone or email communication to confirm availability, provide an estimated delivery time. Shipping usually takes place 10 to 30 days after ordering, depending on the manufacturer or if it is a custom order. In special cases such as back-order or out-of-stock items, we will provide a delivery estimate, or an option to cancel or choose alternative products. You have a standard time of up to 5 days to cancel, due to the fact that once a product has begun construction or have been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3.We make every effortto ensure that orders are delivered in a reasonable time frame, and most of our products can be delivered within the time frame given. However, some of our products have longer ship times, either because they are shipped from a distant warehouse or they are back ordered. For those circumstances, IHB Furniture is not responsible for manufacturer's delays, trucking company's delay or other circumstances beyond our control. However we will work to the best of our ability to address the matter. As a courtesy service, we will take all the tracking measures to ease your worry of delivery, and just want our customer to focus on enjoying their product on arrival.

4.We will provide your refundless any service or restocking fees if applicable within 5-7 business days after cancellation notice from the customer if the purchase is by cash or check. If purchase was made with a credit card, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days from the cancel date, via payment system.

5.Free shipping is determined by Inspire Home Beauty Furniture as a courtesy,and in some cases could depend on the items place of origin, the shipping company's policy, or escalated operation obligations that could affect this benefit.

6.We encourage each customerto be responsible for measurements of doorways and spaces for intended furnishings, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not fit accordingly.

7.Customers are responsiblefor inspecting merchandise before our staff leaves the delivery premise. We are not responsible for any problems after our delivery associates have left. If any item is damaged beyond repair, and you exercise your right of refusal, you must sign and document all damage on delivery sheet before the delivery staff's departure. You must report this to our customer service department immediately at(1-866-839-0378)for the appropriate authorization instructions. You will have the option of reordering a good product based on the manufacturer's replacement policy, cancel the order, or purchase an alternate item.

8.We do offer a product warrantybeyond what the product manufacturer offer. It is a 5 year extended limited warranty for $149.00 selected at the time of purchase.

9.White glove furnituredelivery and assembly are provided as complimentary service, in addition to insurance coverage in c/o the shipping company. Our delivery group is experienced in carefully shipping furniture and accessories across the country.

10.Prices are subject to changewithout notice. We undertake no responsibility to honor pricing or other errors on our website, as updates per management could be deemed necessary, as the manufacturer too has the same right to adjust pricing and product information without notice.

11.Return Notice- No returns are accepted without priorReturn Authorization fromInspire Home Beauty Furniture. Return Authorization request must be made within 48 hours of delivery by calling1-(866)-839-0378. You are responsible for shipping back items to our warehouse in original packaging in good, resalable condition and within 7 days of delivery. There is a restocking fee of 20%. If you want us to pick up the item(s) to be returned, to the extent we can do so, the return shipping fee will be your cost. If the item is scratched or damaged, the return costs could be higher, depending on the measure of incident. This applies if damages were not reported or documented at the time of delivery. IHB Furniture and the manufacturer reserve the right to refuse return.

12.Clearance Items- All Clearance Items are sold as is, Non returnable and Non Refundable.
Some Clearance Items May have Slight or Minor Defects, Scratches or Dents.
